Cinu Baby joined OOB in the year 2014. She is a Postgraduate in Psychology. She has been actively involved in creating an awareness on special education needs, strengthening inclusion in all aspects of the school, working with students of determination by catering to their needs and bridging their learning gaps that includes skill development sessions.
She is actively involved in conducting workshops and training programs for students, teachers, support staff and parents. She truly follows the motto that has been translated to the department, the 3 ‘P’s – Passion, Patience and Perseverance. She demonstrates what it means to never give up and that every child learns, just not the same day and the same way.
Her strong belief is that strength comes from differences and not similarities.
