Eduphoria: Celebrating our Inspiring Heroes

This year’s Teachers’ Day was an exuberant event, filled with limitless joy and countless lasting memories. Eduphoria: Celebrating our Inspiring Heroes was an event handcrafted by the student body in light of expressing our gratitude towards our hard-working educators. Eduphoria featured a variety of fun and engaging activities, aimed at engaging our teachers and helping them unwind amidst their busy schedules. One of the major highlights of the event was the Fancy Dress Fiesta, where our teachers were given the opportunity to dress up as any character and compete to win the prestigious ‘Best Dressed’ title. From cultural dresses to eccentric retro characters, the fashion show was a blast! The event was then followed by our amazing Teachers’ Friendly Feud competition, where our Heve Starvey stole the show as each department competed with one another to be crowned as the winning department. Furthermore, our student leaders hosted a spectacular game called- Childhood Pictionary: Student Edition. Teachers were given the task of guessing leaders from the prefectorial board, just from seeing their childhood photos! Then, we moved on to the Superlatives Award Show, where 4 teachers across 4 sections were awarded numerous titles. Our winners were selected by a tally of votes given by their colleagues. Finally, the event concluded with our melodious teachers’ performance followed by the Vote of Thanks given by our Student Council Advisor, Sreepadmanabhan Vimal Kumar.

This event will go down as one of the hallmarks of OOB and proves how the school is truly a happy happening place.
